Universal Capture System (UCS) – Terms of Service

UCS is an automation and productivity platform that captures and organizes multiple types of input (email, text, audio, files) and routes them into connected tools.

You must be at least 18 years old to use UCS.

  • Use UCS only for lawful purposes.

  • Maintain security of your account credentials.

5. Third-Party Integrations
UCS connects with third-party services like Google, Notion, Airtable, and UseMotion. Use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

6. Limitation of Liability
UCS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use the system.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or misuse of the system.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
